• 12×16 covered stall with 12×15 walkout
• We provide feed, shavings and automatic waters
• We clean stalls 1x a week, if needed
• Full use of facility amenities
• To vacate stall requires a 30-day writen notice – no refund

Tack Lockers: $25.00 extra per month.

Communal Tack Room: No Charge

Amenities include indoor riding arena, round pen, water, electricity, tack room and paddocks for turn out options. The property is five acres in total. Tack lockers available for rent.
